Howdy Earthrocker, RedhatPat here. I wanted to extend you a firm handshake 'n pat on the back simply for assisting in saving lives or at the very least extending them by helping those folks like myself from poisoning themselves over countless years (formly 2.5-3 pad here) by aiding in the production of a device that needs no explanation.

So... I managed to make it to the title company to drop off the check for the condo.
Then I had to sleep for another 10 hours. I wake up to see they emailed me a bewildering amount of paperwork to fill out.
I had forgotten how complicated this stuff is. The last house I bought was in 1985...

2.5 years into my first owned home and I found out recently we have a home owners tax credit that I have to go to the town hall to claim sucks because I've paid for 2 years but only get one year back the other is gone it is all confusing
credit is because we live in the home now why don't they just charge the other people Landlords more and reduce my over all taxes ? Totally illogical in my mind but hey I get $570 back 
Woody, finally we'll have some more things in common after you've squared away all the paperwork for your new condo....POVERTY!!

Well if you like your job, that means you are quite lucky. Handling those lovely Reos must be awesome. I guess they don't excite you, as much as us, because you see them all the time.
