Yes, the list does include CanVape and the E-Power.
List sent; the list is now sent as links to a Dropbox that is automatically updated every time I make changes, so you can check the links I sent you periodically to keep your list up to date. 
Let me in on this too i guess, i dont understand the whole secrecy around this since parts aren't illegal to sell in canada only nic as far as i know.
True, but many hardware vendors also carry nic juice, so it's just a precautionary measure.

Lists sent! You can use the links I sent via PM to update to the latest version whenever you like; every change I make is automatically updated on the Dropbox on which they reside.

I'd be interested in a list. I'm aware of most of the Canadian vendors out there, but it's hard to keep up.
