Edit 7/20/2016:

For now, we are having to postpone the reset while we resolve a handful of other issues that have cropped up in the past few weeks. For now, if you have any issues with your reward points, please contact us and we will get them ironed out! For a little more information, check out our Independence Day Sale Delay thread as the reset and sale were initially going to launch around the same time.

Hey folks!

We hope everyone had a restful Memorial Day weekend! As mentioned in our post just before the Memorial Day Sale, we noted that many of our customers have had issues with their reward points displaying or calculating properly and to fix it, we will be deleting the old reward point module and replacing it with a newer one. In order to implement it, we will need to reset our reward point system entirely, meaning that any accumulated points that are not spent by June 30th will be lost.

If you have a substantial amount of reward points saved up, we urge you to go ahead and use them. If you find that your reward points are not showing up or suspect the totals are incorrect, please send us an e-mail at AVEJuiceCS@Gmail.com and we will get your points sorted out as quickly as possible.

This is the first notice of several that we will be posting throughout the month to remind customers to use up any accumulated points they may be sitting on. We plan to have another sale in honor of the 4th of July, but it may be delayed by a day or two since we will be applying the new reward point module and we want to ensure that it is working smoothly. I will have more information in regards to that sale as the time draws closer.

To recap: We will be resetting all reward points at the end of June. Please use any points you may have saved. Our next sale will be in early July, more details on that sale will come later.

I just wanted to bump this post and remind folks that their points will be reset at the end of June! Thank-you to everyone who has contacted us about this so far. We want to get you taken care of as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our sale should go up as soon as we are confident the new module is working correctly.

Howdy!

We just wanted to remind everyone that they have one week to use up the last of their reward points before they are reset on June 30th! For those unaware, our original reward point module has recently been giving us issues with miscalculating points and causing the option to use points at checkout to disappear for some customers. If you have been experiencing any of these issues, please contact us at AVEJuiceCS@Gmail.com so we can get your reward points functional before the reset!

Once the new reward point module is running and we can confirm everything is working smoothly, we will be hosting a 10%-off sale for our entire store. While the sale may not necessarily start around July 4th, we did want to hold a sale in honor of it some time this month. We will do what we can to keep you all updated as information become available!

Best wishes and safe travels!

If you haven't already, there are two days left to use up the remainder of your reward points! We plan to reset them some time during June 30th. Perhaps snag a sample of something you've been curious about. We want to give everyone a big "Thank-You" and we hope you all are staying out of the heat and enjoying your summer.

Cheers!

That e-mail was automatically generated by mistake while we were testing out a new reward point module yesterday. Currently, your reward points should be in the same state they were in previously as no actual changes have been made. It was not our intent to spam or mislead you and we apologize for the misinformation! If you have questions or concerns regarding your original reward point balance, please let me know so we can get them sorted out!

Again, we apologize deeply for the confusion this has caused.
