This is the second time I ordered, had issues with a month earlier, but decided to give the another chance. Current order placed on May 16 was only partially delivered 9 days later, and as of today the bulk of my order still not here. Emailed numerous times, no answer but a shipping notice without tracking number. First I called a number that I guess is their warehouse number, which I used off my caller ID from first order screw up. They told me to call number on website. Called that number and a very irritated man told me he is sick of getting calls about orders he is not with any vaping company. I called the first number back and all she could do to help was give me the email address already listed on website. Pity since their juice is amazing, but no more chances from me. Quick to take money, slow to non-existent customer service.
