Has anyone ever gotten the words on the display "POWER LOCKED" not the padlock icon?

If you hold both scroll arrows for a moment the setting locks. If you hit one of the arrow scroll buttons it now displays POWER LOCKED and the settings will not change till the unit is unlocked by holding both arrows again for a moment.

I'm having problem with my S-Ca3, there is a burning smell. Not sure whether it is from the usb charge board. And it leaks after use...
