There was a lot of trouble with the web site yesterday. A call may work better. Make sure you use all capital letters.

Worked for me yesterday once I was finally able to get everything in my cart. Server kept going down. Had to keep closing window, pull up web site, add more things, repeat. When I finally hit "place order" same thing, server would just sit and spin. Called to make sure order was place. It was.

Got it all sorted out with customer service.

I had added 2 bottles from redemption points, then removed them, then tried to add Memorial Code. Somewhere in the process things went sideways and glitched out. All is well now, Thanks to great customer service, and my order was placed

yeah, Halo's site, while informative and offering many delishus jooses, is kinda weak on teh technical side. is laggy, and bloaty, and i'm pretty sure it said something mean aboot my cat once, which is weird cuz i dont even haf a cat.

but their CS is all cool, and they said my cat was cool...which was still weird....or maybe i was drunk and imagined teh whole thing...that happens too.
