Just to note, series configurations double voltage and not amperage so the battery amp limit you are getting is not doubled. The IPVs use batteries in series.


Beyond that I may still order a set of either of these to try out on mine. I typically run either the ipv4 or more lately, the IPV3li at 100j with the Zephyrus and wouldn't mind a bit more life.

So what you guys are saying is, in a dual 18650 box mod, whether it be wired in series or parallel, each battery takes half the load? So my .25 ohm coil that pulls 13.5 amps is really only pulling 6.75 amps from each battery? So this would mean i would be safe to bump up the voltage all the way to say, 6v which is 30 amps, 15 amps per battery?

In a series or parallel setup, each battery "sees" half the wattage. The current drawn for each setup is different though.

In series, each battery has the same coil current drawn from it.
In parallel, each battery has 1/2 of the coil current drawn from it (ideally).

I've just received my pair of LGH2 batteries and they take a bit to charge. But Ill let you know how my Snow Wolf 200W Limited Edition 1.5 TC Box Mod vapes a TFV4 triple coil in a little while

"they take a bit to charge" but they will also take a bit to discharge.
Most of the chargers are below 1 amp per channel so it will take even longer to charge 3000 mah battery.
