Shipping delay question

The tracking for my package says this:

I thought that meant it had been processed and would be sent to Canada post to be delivered but it seems to have stalled there. Has it been cleared by customs or is it still looked at.

The order is from FT with nothing that should raise a red flag with boarder officials (a mod, batteries, charger and a few coils) so what could the hold up be.

I know it's not been a long time but I just got my TFV4 on Wednesday and need the higher power mod to run it.

The TFV4 went through Richmond BC very quick and was here ahead of schedule.

u can actually call the customs office/warehouse where ur item is held and get an explanation, call in the am as they dont like to work or take calls in late afternoon

There have been a few times when the tracking got stuck in Mississauga and a few days later, showed up at my door with no status change apparent on CP's website. (Until it showed delivered, that is.)

So I contacted Canada Post today because there was still no movement and surprise surprise they have no idea where the package is... The "item processed" item from a week ago was from some manual sort process that the package never came out of.

They wouldn't even open an inquiry for me and told me that I needed to get FastTech to open the inquiry because they were the sender.

*sigh* I feel like I may never get my IPV3-LI

cp is as useless as a snail, pun intended.
w/ur tracking number in hand call the canada customs warehouse where ur package got inspected and see if it was released, if it was cp lost it.

So I got confirmation that it's not customs holding the package... the package is floating around in some CP sorting centre by the Toronto airport. They don't seem too concerned.

Come on. We're talking CP here. Since when are they concerned about anything (other than quittin' time)?

And now FastTech says they won't open a ticket until 18 business days have passed (Friday is the 18th day so likely next Monday).

That's par for the course with most companies, even in the US. Nothing to get upset over. The last status change was on the 11th of this month. It's only the 19th. Don't know of a single company that would initiate a query this soon in the game.

In the states a lot of times you wont see any updates after customs until it arrives.

I have one floating around some where in CP, last tracked in Richmond BC shown as processed on 12 Aug no updates since. Going to be a long wait I think.

Lovely.... now CP refuses to show me tracking details. I now get this message:

There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.


Even though they have been showing tracking information for almost 2 weeks now.

Go to the USPS site and see if the tracking shows there.

It wasn't coming from the states (was coming from China through Sweden post)... 17track.net was able to track it
