Once it leaves our shop, it's out of our hands. We shipped to the address you provided. You were sent a tracking number. You have a responsibility to watch for it. Luckily for me also, it has happened only twice. A little detective work and I located it both times delivered to correct address. I actuallt called the local post office and talked to the carrier. They could tell me where they delivered packages weeks ago.

There is a seven day warranty on products. If it is defective, LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY! WE TEST EVERYTHING BEFORE IT LEAVES THE shop AND RARELY HAVE A PROBLEM. There is a 7 day warranty because we very few returns. We look at everything on a case by case basis.
