Lannie, I know I'm way behind but...

I saw you mentioned purple Invaders. Be careful, there's two mods by two different companies that look exactly the same. The Invader is a nice little mod, the eLVT Mini is overpriced and less features.

The Tesla VV is a tube mod that goes up to 15W and only fires down around 1.0. It's a brick though. With a tank attached it looks like a light saber handle.

The Sigelei 30 is a baby box, smaller than your Disrupter. 30W max, .2 ohm limit, and you can find them for around $30 now cuz they've been out for so long. I have two hand checks with one here ( Show us your girly, pretty, decorated, pink! Warning, humongous pictures).
Be careful with the Sigelei Mini 30w. The threads are brass and I stripped them in 3 months, even with very careful handling. I'd go with something else, there are quite a few for that money!

I must have gotten lucky. I've had mine since summer and have had no issues. I don't seem to remember brass threading though, I swear it's silver with a brass pin. I'll double check and post back tomorrow.

you can also use a heat sink and just leave it in. I used to do that with my ol' vamo for that reason. Some of the isticks and a few others strip easily.

Haven't had that problem with the iStick, but I sometimes use the ego adapter with a collar to protect the mod's threads. So far only the Sigelei, and I liked it sooooo much!

I'll have to remember the heat sink thing! I have that pretty X6 as my tootle puffing rig, but the threads on it are aluminum, I think. VERY easy to strip out, so I don't use it as much as I should. I'll see about getting a heat sink to put on there and just leave it. Good idea!

As for a new mod, I'm checking out the iJoy Solo mini now. I need that in the rose gold color because it's PRETTY! LOL! But I don't know if it would be practical, so I'm still looking into it. Anyone know anything about those yet? They're not even out yet, I think. End of this month, if I recall... It says it goes up to 75W (I'll never use more than 30 of those), but it takes a single 18650 battery, so I don't know what the battery life would be at 30W. Anyone have any ideas? An hour? Two hours? If it's 4 or 5 hours, it might be worth it, but if I'll end up using one battery up before the other one can recharge, it's not worth it.

What's a heat sink, Aikanae??

There's a wide variety. They were designed to use as a heat disapator from atty's. They also work as a 510 adapter IMO when exposed.
$1.60 510 Finned Heat Sink for Atomizers - stainless steel / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I think the adapter is preferred way to save threads but on some mods they add a gap, then it's time to use the heat sink. I didn't have problems with the istick either, but I know some people did. There's a lot of mods using brass / aluminum threads.

So I finally had a chance to check the threading on mine. It's not brass, but may (probably) be pot metal instead of steel. The body is aluminum, however the threads don't have the correct sheen for aluminum.

Basically, a bit harder than brass but still very easy to strip out. I guess I've been lucky in that I haven't messed mine up yet.

If it does get to that point, it's ok, I have the Invader and would be moving up to another mod soon anyways. 30w just isn't enough push anymore. I've been regulating the Sig to the driving mod running a RSST .9ohm @ 22w.

Here's my new pretty pink:

The black iStick and Triton tank I already had, but the pink iStick and black Subtank mini are new. Of course, I had to get the o-ring set so that I could put the pink ones on :D I've since put the Subtank on the black iStick and the Triton on the pink iStick, so now both mods have a little girly flair

Thanks. Could this be used to replace an adapter? I don't care for the adapters most of the time because I personally think they make the tank too tall on most of my mods. I know they save the threads, but still...

I don't see y not. The air flow control works the same way but I don't know if they still sell those, like the cheap version of the hippo.

Let the BF sales begin! I haven't bought anything for months, waiting, waiting, waiting ....
Anyone order from 3fun? Whadyathink of them?
