sigelei Mini 30W mod + more
Hi everyone,
2 MODs get a mention this week - the first is new from sigelei and is a 30 Watt variable wattage MOD that also has a direct DC-DC mode which goes a bit old skool and effectively makes it respond like a mechanical MOD also. See below for more info.
A MOD is a type of device that usually requires a separate battery - MOD is short for modification over the typical design.
The other MOD is from Vision, and this one has been around for a few years now - the Vision Slip MOD requires an 18350 sized battery - a simple reliable regulated voltage output device - Similar to an eGo-C type battery performance with a user exchangeable battery - shorter and heavier. Sigelei Mini 30W Box MOD

The Sigelei Mini 30W Box MOD is a smaller device (needs a suitable 18650 battery) that packs a punch if required.
Unique to this device and the first we have seen as at this release, is the device allows variable wattage output by using PWM (pulse width modulation) or can be switched to a mechanical MOD type mode with DC-DC mode - this bypasses all circuitry and acts like a mechanical MOD.
A suitable high discharge capable 18650 sized battery is required

This stainless MOD is a regulated voltage (3.7volt) device that utilises the 18350 battery size(not supplied).
It has standard 5 click protection to turn the device on or off completely. It has a nice solid feel in the hand.
Other features of note are a sealed flat type 510 connection, so will accept most standard 510 type devices (a 510-eGo adapter will be required for eGo shrouded or connection only atomizing devices).
