Best of luck with the petition it's too bad Canada is just as bad as some other countries when it comes to making decisions based on profit in taxes.
I'm "fairly" certain that we can shut down Health Canada's Ban via a Class Action "Cease & Desist Order" (based on Constitutional violations)... a handful of us are "working on it" in a thread entitled "Calling all Canadian Law Professors.... " I didn't read this entire thread, so if this thread already explored that direction please accept my apology. If I/we "do" proceed to legal action, wouldn't be a bad idea for all Canadians who read this thread to have a look at the other & decide now whether they'd like to be "visible members" in such a Class Action so such an action is not a "lie" as it would have no "visible" support of a Class or Group.

This ban is absolutely pointless. It's almost entirely political/lobbyist related. Harm reduction and health promotion need to be more prominent in our national stance toward health care. (my 2 cents)

Hopefully Health Canada can get their head out of their ...'s and realize this is harm reduction at its finest. They do approve of needle exchange programs in the push to harm reduction don't they?
Great work. The current situation is a victory of bureaucratic excess over anything resembling common sense. Vapers who are no longer smoking are making a rational and sensible choice. Leave us alone - we've got brains.
