I've had good luck with the digiflavor siren. I tried the Cthulhu mtl but wasn't crazy about it.

I have heard really good things about the Doggystyle but have decided on something else but @ricks it's supposed to be a really good MTL tank, I tend to stick to what I know though. I find building a chore an the Kayfun does fine for me

Its 4ml , glass tank ,
Yes theres 10 Airflow inserts for DTL or MTL draw,
It has a double chamber , the outer one has 4 holes inner on screws up for juice down to seal , and the adapters to jfc is under drip tip with some notches on ,
Top fill , dual post , and a tool for removing the deck inserts
