smok alien batch 161125 can't be updated

hI FOLKS, WONDER IF ANYONE ELSE GOT TROUBLE UPDATING THEIR smok ALIEN WITH BATCH NO 161125.

We have tested 3 different from the same batch at our vape shop. Numicro don't recognize them - 'no such USB device'
And when we press the fire button and connect the usb, it shows a flickering screen. see http://dampoteket.no/alien2.jpg

There are 2 versions of firmware update solution, one that works with the 1.2.1 firmware and a second for an alien with the VB software. Did you download the correct version?
