Smok Alien firmware

Hi people. I was about to upgrade the firmware for the alien kit but was hesitant after seeing some people reporting it ruined their mod. Is this the case? And what is the latest versions pros etc.

There are two versions of the Alien, the regular and the "version B". If you put the wrong software on the wrong one it will brick your device. Also, the AL85 "Alien Baby" takes a different software than either of the full-size models. There are no software updates for the AL85 version, that I know of.

I have 2 Aliens, not B versions, upgraded with no problems.

The second one is the "B", that's just information, not from mine, I have 2 "A's".
