Welcome. Unfortunately some products in that price range end up more defective than others. Still, most ecig products are best off being purchased from a well known supplier with great customer service and still the warranties are not long.

Being a defective board probably run the battery down, restart, and hope for the best.

Hi new member my QBOX is stuck displaying MAX PUFFS 378 can you help thanks
    Welcome and glad you joined.
In possible malfunction cases, I find it's best to contact the manufacturer and/or the distributor. Your equipment may be under warranty and you may be entitled to a no charge replacement.

The only other thing I can add to what others have said is that I believe smok products have a puff-counter. Can you get into the menu at all or is it totally frozen? If you can get into the menu, you might be able to check if you have accidentally set the puff limit and it's not allowing you to have anymore.

But if it's clearly broken, of course, try and claim warranty if at all possible.
