I've had my TFV12 clearomizer for a while now.
My sweetspot is around 140-150w seen here on my RX300..
Not too hot and clouds are massive but it does tend to use more juice than my TFV8...love it!

Sits nicely on the rx300, I have the rx300 on order & I'm glad that the 510 has improved. I have the rx2/3 & it's not brilliant :(

thx
the RX300 has recently been getting hot in spots on the bottom and sides of the mod when vaping.. worked perfectly up until now..
batteries don't get hot but I can't figure out why the mod does in spots.. they don't say hot for long but it's very noticeable on the fingers and hand when firing the mod lately..
in fact it bothered me so much I took the batteries out and I haven't used the mod for a while now... Been using my 300w Primus instead, seen here at 160w.. don't know what's up with the RX300 and I don't trust it being safe anymore..

That would do my head in, I've got a gx350 ordered too though so I have a back up quad mod if I have issues with the rx. Currently vaping the g priv & I reckon the airflow is better on the big baby than the mini baby. I can't wait to get the tfv12 though, I'm gonna try vape it at 160. Man I've never vaped that high, bet it's a damn good hit eh??
I'm vaping 70 watts atm, I tried it at 90 watts & it got too hot.
I might get some q2s, I've vaped them at 110 with no issues & although it's at the top end of recommended wattage I get 2 weeks out of them and I reckon I could push 130...

Do you have the rx200s? ? I have the rx2/3 and the 510 isn't as bad as people say! The mvp4 has a 2ml gap between the tank and 510, innokin have gone downhill. It misfires too :(
The coolfire iv (original) with on/off is so much better, perfect for when I'm mtling :)

actually have two RX 200s mods seen here.. the tfv8 on the right vapes pretty good at a 100w, but the Cloud beast king T12 (left) vapes awesome between 160-200w depending on juice...

Hahaha sweet! I don't really aim to cloud chase at all but fogging up the room atm ;)
I've been vaping about seven years now and learned vaping at higher wattages produce good flavor and an awesome nicotine hit which is why I started vaping in the first place... thick clouds is a testimony to that awesome hit.. lol

7 years for me too! But sadly I've smoked inbetween :( btw I'd definitely recommend this g priv, I reckon the touch screen affects battery life though cos I got 2 days out of the alien. I only get a day out of this & it's the same brand of batteries. Also I think the g priv is more durable, but the alien is more compact. The g priv is definitely my at home vape.

How's your alien doing btw?? :)

Cool I use g priv & tesla nano at home & I tend to use the coolfire iv & nautilus mini when in pub/out and about :)
The alien sometimes gets some use when I'm out but need new batteries for it so it won't get use for a week...

Finally have a fix that worked for the leaking problem with the TFV12. If any of you have the aqua atty,in the spares bag for it,there are two very small O-rings..

Take one of them and put it on the V12's 510 along with the insulator on the V12. This gives the tank a complete seal inside and out no extra wicking needed. I have had this going for three days so far to make sure it works, and it is,so far.
With one extra O-ring left in the Aqua's spare bag,you have an extra if the other breaks .

EDIT: Still can't fix the leak from the airflow holes though.

Yea gone thru changing all O-rings that did not help just the 510 replacement worked so far.

Even using a complete cotton wrap around the finished rebuilt coil,it is leaking with that now too. I love the TFV RTA's but I think the large airflow openings is the cause of the leak. Granted you and a few others have not had leaking ,or fixed there problem, mine continues.

Did you fix it ?

No,I have had it apart more times than I can count and I can not figure out what is causing the airflow to leak.

Changing the tank section would not cause that so I wrote that off. The only thing I can figure out is the leak s coming from the large airhole in the triple deck?

EDIT: Even packing the channels with cotton, and I mean tightly packed to block juice flow,it still leaks. I have even fluffed out the cotton to fill the channels and still leaks.
