Yeah, that must've been the same study.
I'd fall into odd hours as well, haha... I'm not into napping, but on my days off, it's normal for me to sleep around 10 - 12 hours and then stay awake for up to 20hrs.

I stay awake for about 3 hours and then go to sleep for an hour.

Yesterday while waiting on the bus I spent most of the 2 hours out on the sidewalk, as we are not allowed to vape on the bus station property. I didn't think anything of it as was an over caste day, so didn't realize I had sunburned til I got home.
