For more flavor I would recommend using 28 or 30 gauge kanthal and putting more wraps into your coil. More wraps means more flavor as it will make the vapor more dense.
More wraps means higher resistance.

I am a total noob, never done a rebuildable before...Would these pre-made coils work with the RSST?
Rebuildable Atomizer Coils - Avid Vaper
I have yet to mess with any hotspots on this atty. I have changed coils about 10 times now. Thats a first for any genny ive owned.
Going through 15ml a day with this RBA.
Very nice looking work!
I see you already purchased but thought I would share anyway.
Captivape has stock for 30.00 a piece. Cheapest I could find in stock. 42.00+ ships free.
And for a couple bucks they will enlarge the airhole for ya. I ordered two. Now I guess I have to learn to wrap a mesh wick (scared, first ever RBA)
How big do you suggest getting the airhole drilled? I was thinking 1.3? I'm unfamiliar with RBAs and would like to get started with one of these.
1.3mm is quite good, still has decent springy resistance. Did 1.4mm with another Genny and is a little airy but not quite so much as the ZAP which is just shy of 1.6mm (1/16"). 1.3mm - 1.5mm is what I call the "Whistle Zone" as air intake is often audible, and probably why they avoid that range. How big do you suggest getting the airhole drilled?
