Air Force has already all but banned vaping except in designated smoking areas. The Navy is mulling a ban as well for safety reasons. Army doesn't have a hard set rule via regulations, so it's hit and miss by installation (some treat e-cigarettes the same as regular tobacco).
So claiming vets "across the nation" are complaining is a bit of a misnomer, which, considering the source doesn't surprise me in the least. And while there's probably a kernel of truth in the article, the slant is just as bad as it is on other sites like HuffPo, etc.
