sadly, week days don't usually work for me :-( saturday/sunday afternoons would be best for me. on march 17th i am planning on going to the st. louis meet (weather permitting), so that for sure is out for me.

Would Saturdays evenings/ late afternoons work for you? On the idea about Springfield, sadly we have a ban on e-cigs inside public buildings. This makes meetings in the colder months a pain for some people. We could meet just outside of Springfield in: Nixa, Ozark, Republic, etc. Those towns are more centrally located and might work best for all. I would like to hear others opinions before a concrete decision is made. Frankly, I am game for anything.

Cool. I may be in town this weekend, and I'll show if I can. I don't know why kdd made me a mod on this forum; I drive a truck so I'm never in town. It seems like I miss everything. I can't plan ahead, so maybe a last-minute, ad hoc meet will accidentally work for me, haha.

It would be nice to accommodate everyone, but that may be a bit unrealistic. There's plenty of room in MO for more than one meet, that's for sure. I'd rather hang out and have a few beers with 2 other vapers, than to keep missing out by waiting for the "perfect storm", you know?

What?! That's like, 2 hours away!! I... I'm just kidding man, I'll be there if I can. There are several ECF members in that area, but I don't know if they keep up with this group any more. If you want, you could go through the group member list, looking for people from the area, and send 'em a PM. Don't be bummed if your first meet doesn't draw a crowd, these things can take time for everyone to find out about. I've wondered about using one of those websites like meetup.com, but I don't know anything about them.

Wow, way to go! You may turn into a "Community Organizer", LOL. JustJulie would be a great resource for tips about doing this stuff, she's turned that STL meet into a pretty big deal (with a little help from her friends, of course).
