Can the squape be used with TC? Every time I do a build which works for about an hour then the resistance goes up and never returns to normal. My only solution is to do a new build, but then I only get an hour of pure enjoyment.

The Squape's achilles heel is it's 510 pin. The usual advice is to take it out and give it a good clean and check that it's giving you the ohm reading you expect before screwing it on to your mod.
My squape is brand new. I had the same problem with my kayfun v4. They had a gold plated replacement spring that made it flawless. Any luck there might be a better 510 replacement pin?

I have the RS and have no problems with nickel. Which base are you using. I use the bottom deck and my resistance had been very stable on TC with VShark Dna40. Overtightening the locking screws could be your problem. Just screw in till the coil holds when you wriggle to break it off. I learn that from building Rba so now have no issues with jumping ohms unless on clones. In fact I am still on my same build since I got it 2 weeks ago. Bottom deck makes your cotton last.
