I've looked at the percentage spreadsheet that was posted but I can't find a starting percentage for Hangsen Strawberry or Inawera Smoked Plum. Has anyone used these that can give me a place to start? I'm looking to make each as a stand alone just to see what they taste like and figure out which of my mixes they would work well in. I know I could start at 1% and move up in .5% increments and eventually find out what I need to know, but hoping by asking here I can speed things up a bit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
