I've got a istick Pico, good thing is the battery can swop whenever it nosedives.
But I'm thinking there's even smaller ones like Artery Nugget, iStick Nano, Volt Mini. Considering getting one of these sometime in the future.

myJet is the stealthiest I own but it isn't really a MOD it is a POD System. Very small and delivers a decent vapor with a small cloud.
Tried this nicotine inhaler a long time ago from Nicorette the brand which makes nicotine chewing gum. The throat hit is really harsh, can literally feel like your are sucking in haze particles lol. Taste bad despite being menthol flavoured..of course no vapor or smoke or smell
Icare is good, using one myself. Can be brought anywhere, can use some sticker and disguise as a lighter
I dunno if it's the same inhaler that we're talking about since I tried it 10 or so yrs ago. It probably is as there is only 1 type/brand of nicotine inhaler allowed in your country as far as I remember. For me, there was absolutely no throat hit even though I chose the highest nic. I guess it might be because you used to smoke menthol cigarettes?
High PG - high nic - minimal flavour.
Inhale. Hold. Exhale slowly.
Small mod - in a disposable 'coffee' cup from one of these franchsing chains who take perfectly good coffee beans and turn them into some atrocities. Tip poking through the lid. What little exhale is left - bystander will attribute to you drinking piping hot coffee...

An all black pico with an all black rda, black silicone sleeve, minimal vapor with a low watts build, some discretion, some slight of hand.
Where I am heading to in a couple of hours I need a discrete setup so the iStck TC40W is ready to go along with a Nautilus Mini tank. Not really a stealthy setup but discrete enough compared to vaping with my RX200S.
I'm actually considering the eleaf Icare mini too but the fact that it's not rebuildable just makes it so much harder here in our sunny islands. Can't imagine risking buying coil heads each time i run out but the portability is just wow. To buy or not to buy.... 
No, the occ can be rebuilt. There's guide on YouTube on how to do it.

How hard is it to rebuild compared to a regular vape thou? Anyone done it before ?
The occ itself it's so small... it's gonna be finicky trying to rebuild. It's doable but, is it worth the effort?
