Still learning, subtank plus

I just moved from a subtank mini to subtank plus with sigelei 150tc Flavor is kind of muted and tastes slightly burnt. using 24g kanthal with v1 rba base. never had issues before at 25 watts .47ohms. any suggestions?

i would suggest either v2 rba or drill the sides on the v1... drilled all my v1's

widen the weep holes on the rba v1, there too damn small as is, mine werent even the same size as one was smaller than the other
