I see no reason you wouldn't be able to get flavouring, PG and VG. Nice you can keep for a year maybe more with vac packing and freezing. If you have reliable mods and such then if you get into rda, rba and DIY juice you shouldn't have a problem. The first mods where build out of parts from radio shack. Night just have to go back to the basics
