I ordered the joyetech eroll for a friend new to vaping from supremenicotine.com. The order was delivered exceptionally fast from St louis to NY

The PCC for the eroll was defective, it does not work. I have put in a ticket for a replacement, no reply. I have emailed customer service for 5 days, again no reply. They will not reply to me and send me a working pcc. They have a 30 day warranty, but yet no reply.They are totally ignoring me. They are waiting for the 30 days to be up I guess.

I am putting this here for future people who may be thinking of purchasing from them. I am going to start the charge back process soon, and they will be out the money for the purchase and also a fee, plus future customers, over a $10 piece. All I wanted was a working PCC. Horrible customer service.​
