Finally got this thing clean, I think. That's all clone parts right there. I had just enough o rings from my authentic to replace almost all of them and gave it one more good bath.

Got my TGT3 from fasttech and wouldn't you know it is broken on arrival.

Here goes the back and forth for a week with someone that does not have a grasp of the English language.

Me: As you can see from the picture it arrived broken, glass is broken.
Them: what you say? broken?
Me: YES BROKEN, please see picture I sent
Them: but did it arrive this way?
ME: YES, it arrived broken
Them: which piece is broken please
ME: the Glass, please see picture I sent
Them: can you please send picture
ME: I sent one I will send another
Them: Did it arrive this way?
Me: YES IT ARRIVED WITH BROKEN GLASS -please see both pictures I sent
Them: can you please send picture

I have dealt with FT staff on many occasions and they have been very helpful. Moreover, they don't speak like that.

"Them: what you say? broken?"

This, for instance, doesn't sound like something they would say. It sounds more like a snippet from a phone conversation than a written one.

I know it sounds like Im doubting you but I have no doubt your rta arrived broken if you say it did.

I would post on their forum and address your post title to "@annie FT" followed by your problem.

I haven't received anything broken from them in over 20 orders although people do from time to time.

Recently I picked the SXK GTIII Mini….was quite nervous since I didnt order a spare tank but then I saw their packaging for the tank…hard plastic….and figured it would be good enough to protect the tank.

No thank you. I just want a refund. Please let me know if I need to send it back. No longer interested in this product. Glass is too thin. Poor construction

I am going to turn to Paypal and report this. I want my money back. I do not want another defective product. Issue me a refund based on your item arrived broken. I do not want another email back and forth. I want a refund.

The good ole $2 offer... My Raven's Moon came with no spares kit and wouldn't seal properly. It took a month before they finally sent me the missing spares kit, many emails and much BS from FT.

In order for me to get a refund for the Raven's Moon I would have had to ship it to the US return address and they would ship it back to China. Then upon inspection in China they would issue a refund. I can guarantee you that the first thing out of their mouths would be "It's missing the spares kit", can't give full refund. So I just modified the part that would not seal and waited for the spares kit to arrive.

I would just follow through with the PayPal claim and be done with it.

I get you think it's poor construction and all, but the authentic has glass that's just as thin, it's literally the thickest glass that'll fit. the one I got for spare parts for my authentic, all parts fit 1:1.

Im actually the opposite, this is one of the best quality clones I've bought. It just smells really bad when you get it.

Yes, the glass must be thin to even try to fit, something like 1.1 mm

It's actually OK just clean it with the glass in, once it's inside the protector it's pretty structurally sound, I've actually dropped my nano one several times, last week actually it bounced off the counter and off the tile floor, thought for sure it was done but there's not a crack on it.

I think it'd take a really long drop or direct impact to the glass to break it.

Also just FYI, ft won't usually do refunds for a cracked tank, normally they give you the gift certificate for the value of the spare.

I avoid removing the glass without due cause.

FT customer service has been a bit dodgy lately. I had nothing but a great experience with them for more than three years but at in the fall last year I really had to fight them over a matter. Should be added that they finally made right by me, but it took months.
