You appear to be in luck. I did a Google search and found these:
PROVARI END CAP BY TATROE MODS
May appear to be expensive at just under $20, but I highly recommend getting one (or more if you have multiple Provari). It certainly helps prevent your setup from toppling over and breaking a glass tank accidentally.
Found a place that sells Provari Pro Rings, too.
and Provari Extension tube.

I didn't advance like I was going to purchase one. The other two items do appear to still be in stock (only black pro rings still available).

They do not ship to US !
I’d like one too, but kind of like hens teeth. I use mine mostly at home. The little round hole in the original box works, and no one sees me doing it.
Yeh, I cut a hole in the box my eliquid came in.
Don’t want to trash the Provape box.
Works good in the crapper !
A pool tube will make a whole lot of holders at your desk/table - and they fit in the cup holder in the car too
I always thought a pipe holder would be good if you had several.
I just use an old pipe stand. It works great and you can get them cheap on ebay.

Sorry, I thought I had 2 tatroe caps but I only have one that my wife uses.
Look at Vapenuts or vapenuts. Forget the name, but a big metal nut with a silicone insert. Cool little product that works well....
