test tubes?

I received my kick and two 18500 batts just a few moments ago and inside the package was two test tubes. My question is what's the purpose of these? Accident? Gimmick? Also in the package was a sweet nhaler pouch. Nice touch ill definately order from you again very nice packing and quick delivery. Just puzzeled about the test tubes.
