Agree with above, the TFV4 version coils probably will not fit the TFV8 version tanks which the Baby Beast is part of the TFV8 line, so search out the proper coils for the proper version of your tank. Question of do octuple (8 coil) heads guzzle juice, the answer is yes. 8 coils that need feeding not only of juice but they soak up the watts to operate properly, more watts = more juice is vaporized at a faster pace. Single Coil - Juice consumption is low, dual coil - juice consumption is about double a single coil, quad coil - juice consumption is about double that of a dual coil, octuple coil - juice consumption is about double a quad coil and 8X the amount of a single coil.
Neither the tank nor the coils above are really well known for NOT guzzling juice. You are sub0hming at a pretty low resistance. They'll probably eat your batteries too. This may or may not be worth it if you like your vape.

The more power you use the more juice you will use. High mass low resistance coils will need higher power levels.
Might as well open a revolving credit line with your favorite budget juice dealer or consider DIY mixing.

With the caveat of finding the right coils for your tank, the only time an octuple coil guzzles juice is when you press the fire button. They're quite economical just sitting there. But when you do... firehose city
If you compensate by taking far fewer hits, no not at all. Few do that though. Unless something is way off, the amount of vapor produced is almost exactly proportional to the watt-hours (or would watt-seconds be better here?) and liquid quantity used.
