TFV8 Big Baby Tank coil compatibility

My v8 stick kit came with two v8 baby m2 cores. I went to grab some replacements and got some X2s. Are these compatible or should I take them back?

The v8 stick does have a BB w but the nature of the V8 stick is it's best set up for the m2 coils. You're using a mod that doesn't allow for wattage adjustment, so they paired it with the m series for "best performance". The X2 coils are to my knowledge meant for the VCT tank, not a BB. There is a Baby X4, but while it will fit, I have no idea on performance with that stick mod.

Looks like the stick shuts down when a short is detected so I'm guessing the biggest thing to worry about, other than flavor/vapor is shorter coil life?

I didn't know there was such an animal as an X2. I know there's a Q2 (I have some) and an X4.
