Dang nabbed I remember those and I remember throwing mine away.

Now to me that mod makes a better mod then it did a screw driver real nice job.
I`d personally load that thing with a crap load of LED lights.

Time to make myself a mental note. Must stop throwing things away, Everything has a purpose if not today it will tomorrow..

I love this thing and just so happen to have a black and decker version in the garage that I could never quite throw away. I knew it would come in handy for something I don't get why you didn't just use the original switch though. What am I missing?

He did use the original switch. It was a dual-directional rocker switch.

Looked that way to me too but I thought he said he put a different one in. I'm looking at this on my phone right now so I'm being too lazy to go back and look. I'm thinking about the 30ml marinade syringe in the kitchen and thinking it would go quite nicely in one of those

Yup! Its BIG but believe it or not I lost it for awhile today. I set it down on the bench in my shop and it hid itself in with the the rest of the tools (and assorted other good STUFF). Took me an hour to find it.

No, I just used the really great switch it came with. It will probably outlast my vaping habit.

Quick update: This mod went about a week without a recharge. It finally just started not hitting as good but was still working. So I threw the battery on the charger overnight and everything works as it did before. I didn't take a multimeter reading before charging so I don't know what the volts were.

good eye, farrar, that's a pretty gnarly find.. gonna have to hit the pawn/thrift shops and see if i can find something along those lines, seems like a perfect device for just banging around the house. all the best, guys.

No, I hadn't but I went and checked it out. Wow that would be a cool one to mod. With a 90 second recharge rate it might beworth the $30 to try it out.
