How long do the coil heads on thet iClear 30s last?

Depends on the juice. Sticky high VG stuff seems to burn them quicker, but they still last quite a long time. Once the juice starts getting darker with refills, I rinse the tank, wash the wicks, and then let dry overnight. If the wicks are starting to fray, that's usually a good indication it's time to change them out.

I ran 100% vg in my new iclear30 and it took about 5ml before I needed to dry burn the coil. Might be better on the s variant but I'm sure thicker juices will yield similar results.
