The legislative sessions are in full swing, in Hawaii within just the past two weeks our vaping community has already been hit with 4 new bills that can potentially affect the use and sale of ecigs in our state.
HB34, HB525 & HB586: All want to restrict where ecigs can be used.
Just presented today SB1220 would like to redefine "tobacco products" as any product that contains nicotine. This bill will also place an 80% tax increase on nicotine-containing products.
