Sloppy framed staple also my software for compressing images is not working properly so I had to shrink the .... out of it. Anyways using 40g is a ..... I usually like my Clapton wrap to be very tight and uniform. With 36 this is fairly easy and even 38 while harder I seem to have gotten the knack of. However this 40g kept snapping if I even put close to my normal tension on it and as you can see these are pretty damn sloppy
Edit
If anyone has any tips for working with 40g I'm all ears 8-/

Yeah. Float the ribbon between the frames. Make sure it spins butter smooth.
Put the spool in a ziplock bag and hold it to clapton. The bag acts as a lubricant so you can put tension on it without breaking it.
I stay about 1' away from the core and go full speed. The higher gauge the wrap is the easier it is to overlap or get spaces so stay perpendicular the whole time.
If you use LV wire it will be very difficult to get a perfect wrap. It's down to luck really.

Hola Everybody,
Oni from Kolkata, India here. Representing the Indian Vape Scene, being the only Indian Coil Builder atm. Anyhow, am a newb and has much to learn.

Oh! The main thing, started vaping 7 months back and my first build was 3 months back. Been smoke free ever since.

The coil in the picture, is Framed Multicore Alien, 30x 39GA N80 framed with 2x 28GA N80, Alien wrapped with 39GA N80 as well, at 0.18Ohms, Vaping at 60w on the AugVape Merlin Mini RTA.

Vape On and #IndiaAlsoVapes

PS. I dont like adding silly watermarks to my Images as i think it kills the whole point, henceforth, anyone is free to STEAL my photos and pass it on as there own stuff :p :D
