I'm very particular about the tacos I eat. It's all about quality of the meat, and preparation. Presentation is also paramount.

I don't blame you. Anything less than high quality would be an auto no.

They also have this sweet sauce called Tabago Keys Peruvian Sauce that they have in most mexican restaurants. We buy it by the gallon. It's awesome. Just FYI.

THE SALOON IS BACK! The Hobbit can come out of... Hiding. Yes, I apologize about my absence. A lot of time was spent outside of the shire, doing a lot of work. You know, snow and cables, and ..... But the hobbit is back! And gearing for my Visit to Colorado, the real Shire, in just 7 days! Woot!
