Moved On means never allowed to come back.

There have been many that were moved on for behavior, etc. that submitted requests (after a time ) to be allowed back and after staff discussions were let back in.


Sad thing is some people just think the rules don't apply to them.
Heck...one person I let back in twice from being moved on...and he still ended up self destructing
