Well an 18650 battery is by definition 18mm diameter by 65mm tall.
The thinnest 18650 mods would be 20mm diameter.
Among the ones I have, that would be the nemesis and stingray.

IDK of any 18650 mech that is smaller than the 22mm that most atomizers come in. Nemesis and Stingray are 22mm.
If you can ever find one, a Super T Precise Plus is 20mm x 105mm. Topped with a Prometey v1 or a Taifun GS, it makes a nice thin, pocketable device. The Simplicity version is also 20mm but its even shorter at about 95mm long

The MCR-101SL by MCR Mods is a 20mm mechanical mod and you can get a hybrid adapter for it. It has different sized tubes to fit 18350, 18500, and 18650 batteries. They also make a 20mm RDA called the MCR-303.

SMPL is the shortest mech, but if you dont know about hybrids skip it. Its soooo short though its insanse, with an attie its shorter then some mods alone
I remember seeing at a local B&M an 18650 mod with a built on atty that looked very skinny and short.. idk the name of it though :/
Praxis v3, there may be slightly smaller, but the Praxis is aggressive any much enthusiasist should have one.
Absolutely! I love my Praxis/Derringer... the shortest 18650 I've ever had, and it hits like a big-rig with no brakes on a downhill grade! And the sliding safety switch makes it easily pocket-able.
Agreed! I have a prax2s with a dark horse (which adds length) but still fits in back pocket comfortably. A short atty would take off half an inch. But this combo is a champ.
