No address, no companies, no people listed under the "board of directors" link or the "Executive Committee", and they claim that their goal is regulation.
My guess is that it's put up by the tobacco companies. They want regulation to keep all the small guys out of the business, and they don't mind taxing the crap out of it, because they'll just pass that tax on to their customers. Regulation, to them, means "keeping everyone else out of this business".

If you look under the Contact Us page, it lists 3 people.
Walter Wayne Hyde. A search (which may or may not be accurate) brings up a facebook profile of a Wyoming resident that's big on hunting/guns/freedoms.
Rhianon Montoya. A search brings up someone with the same name that's up for murder in New Mexico. Since that name dominates the searches, it's probably not the right person, but it's all that comes up.
Quinn Solti. A Dallas resident who's facebook page shows a friend named Kris Moore-McLain who happens to be the owner of All Vapes in Deep Ellum (Dallas)
The fact that they're promoting The Texas Vapor Convention in January 2014 (and selling booth space for vendors), leads me to believe they're invested in the rights of Vapors.
