I believe that's a Nahualon(sp?).

Its the predecessor of the nahualon, the nahual and its the V2 version. Made by a guy who makes (or made) surgical instruments. No longer in the business I think. Not sure how many were made. There were only 20 or so V1's I think and at least one run of the V2. Doubt whether there are more than 100 in the wild, possibly less! I was going to ask on VapePit where they were sold through one of those top secret and hallowed 'lists' originally, but I'm afraid of those guys...lol! I got it from a guy in UK who had a fantastic collection but let them all go cheap when he stopped vaping.
