titles of links

I'd like to know how to put your own words on top of a link, in order to describe what's at the link. Like if you link to www.google.com but want to label the link "Google".

I see people do it all the time, not just on ecf, but all over the web.

Now I see I might have posted this in the wrong sub forum, and my google examnple isn't the best because it automatically labels it "Google".

When you want to have a word or phrase to describe what you're linking, try the following:

• instead of just pasting the link in, you can type the word or phrase
• Highlight the word or phrase you want linked
• then click the link icon above (looks like this:
  
  )
• paste the link in there
• then click insert

Then you'll have your word/phrase linked.

I think you have to highlight the text that you want to turn into a link, and then click on the link button, etc.
