To Verified Provari Radius

But I not sure how to verified the mod isit authentic or replica.

I haven't seen a fake Radius, but they might exist. ProVape doesn't have an authentication process on their site (that I know of), even though each unit has a unique digital serial number. I bought both of mine directly from ProVape, so I have no worries about authenticity. That would be my recommendation, buy directly from their official website. If you can't for some reason, then I don't know what else to tell you. Maybe someone else can offer some additional help.

Pictures or a link would help, but, the box a radius comes in doesn't have any numbers on the outside and the power device itself has no numbers on it.

The only way to find the serial number is via the menu in the info selection.

Unless you have money to waste I'd make sure you're ordering from an authorized dealer or direct from ProVape.
They are not inexpensive.

I would also order directly from Provape if I could. If you can't, perhaps you can contact Provape by email and ask if your second party is a verifiable retailer.

thank you guys for the advices, i bought mine from a local re-seller caused business gone wrong and they forced to let go all the ready stocks to survive.

i bought provari radius for 112.45 USD
its a version 16.

u guys please guide me thru the version like which one i should go for ?

Now that you have it it is probably best to post in the ProVape specific sub forum ---> ProVape

Version 26 is the latest version without coil control.
You must go to the Provape website and follow the instruction to download & install newer revisions.

It kept loading and no progression.

You have to download & install the updater drivers ( device driver software) on your computer first.
Without having the radius connected to the usb/computer.

After successful install of the drivers, then connect the radius via the usb cord it came with.

You also have to read the instructions, you must be using a compatible OS on your computer.
