When you First read this, it is Funny that Brown would say something like that. And then, about 20 Milliseconds later when it sets in, it is Kinda Pathetic. Because it is True.

I believe, though I may be completely off base, that this was a stepping stone. I don't think specific laws and regulations regarding cigarettes will automatically apply, they'll have to be amended. That will be much easier now, but there are still opportunities to fight. I think.
