W00t on those acrylic tanks fitting the SXK... that is fantastic news. I've got a pack on the slow boat... I'll add some more for next cart purchase!
Yes i am pleased they fit the SXK, hard to explain but they make it feel more solid. I will also add another 10 or so to my next order. I also got some replacement peek insulators but thave not tried them yet. One review said they fit the SXK, so should be good.

Is that your beloved egg roll? I thought those were drop in coils?

Too tall :( My KF v5 minis seem too tall and heavy on the Jac, especially since I like long drip tips. Bummer on the lack of kompact glass tanks!

I'll give it a look, thanks!

Ugh, such a pain! The doggy or kompact kfs are my perfect size, ease of building and airflow, I just hate the plastic tanks!

To give you all an idea of how much I love this new Jac... I set my hubby up with my beloved Radius, which hasn't otherwise left my hand since I got it.

Wow he must be a special Guy, hubby, bestie, that is a lot to give!!!

I don't like the idea of a plastic tank.
Me neither. It is a fact that plastic leeches chemicals especially when heated and since there are a vast number of glass tanks (too many as you said earlier) to choose from i dont see the point. I actually gave an acrylic bell cap a shot and i tasted plastic.

@RainSong I know you want a rebuildable glass tank for Jackie. However I'm using the VAPEFLY Nicolas tank on mine and it is the perfect size. Does use coils, but they are very inexpensive. $6.00 for 5. I'm sure they will be coming down as do most of these items. Catch a sale or bulk buy and your golden. I won the Nicolas I'm using, ordered 3 more last night for the other DNA minis I'm using. Along side a plethora of Provape's.

This looks promising, think I'll give one a go. (As soon as my purchasing hiatus is lifted ;))

I, personally, LOVE the Serpent Mini. Others here weren't terribly fond of it - which is absolutely to their personal preferences. I have FOUR (one in stash and three in rotation) I also LOVE the Origen Tiny Tank. I don't do a lot with tank crackers, but I did also order a handful of replacement tanks, just in case.

My newest friend, however, is a DEE-lightful Jac Series-B DNA 75. I also got a load of new coils for some fabulicious iSub V tanks, and (although not the picture) have one sitting atop "Jacqueline" right now:

If not the iSub V, it will certainly be the gold STM (BOILER UP!)

Much  to the Karing and Delightful benefactors :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

What do you think of the nicolas? I like it but I think I'll give it away once I use up the coils.
I don't adore it enough to keep buying coils for it.
Also, did you notice a funky taste from the coils that took many puffs to get out?

But im completely off the grid. No power but what we make. ie generators abd solar panels

They’re battery powered :) I assume you use envelops for all your in house battery needs ya? That’s Greta that you’re self sufficient. Big thumbs up.

On a side note

I’m a cord cutter for cable and my cable internet provider just decided they’re going to do caps like cell phone companies. Ugh. I have to redo all my entertainment now. Thanks a lot cox communications.

The cap is a terabyte a month. My usage is 50% more than that at least :/

Also, heads up on a tiny Nautilus tank, cheap as chips, if you are a Nauti fan.

An wow I've been after the radius for ages! I have the 2.5, mini an a couple p3. I bought all the stock off eBay along with a couple kabukis. Took a bit to save up for!

I’d offer to sell you my back one but shipping to the ui would make it a worthless proposition. Unless it was sent uninsured which isn’t a good idea. It’s a great device. I just never use it anymore.

Hello
I've got kind of an issue:
i received the wrong Kayfun ghost refill,
View attachment 667571
they sent me the nano,
so what happens now,(even when using the original kfl metal ring) is that the chimney protrudes a-bit above the top-caps o-ring.
so i guess I'll need a shorter chimney if i want to use this kit.
i was thinking of this one:
View attachment 667573
since i have never dealt with nano kayfuns and parts,
i was wondering what would be the difference(vaping wise),between using a regular and a short chimney.
and will this fit the original kfl Chimney base?(I'll be using only the upper part)
(also are you aware of a better nano chimney than this one or just a bit longer, bot shorter than the original one?)
Thanks.

That Nao chimney works well. As for the difference in vape. Slightly warmer. Slightly more flavor.

I bought a few internal battery mods as backups for some of my backups and I read in "Battery University" that the best way to store batteries is at 32F (0C). That of course refers to straight batteries.

Do you all store your internal bat mods that way too. If not how?

As has been stated Store half charged on a shelf in livable temps is probably fine.

What do you think of the nicolas? I like it but I think I'll give it away once I use up the coils.

There is a break in period just like the new nautilus coils. For me the Nicolas is. A better wicking version of the n2. It’s got better airflow options too. Which coils have you tried mostly?

I’ve also found the Nicolas and n2 are both better on fruity f,agora than sweet. I like them both and have a ton of coils for them. The ego clr coils are probably better but I prefer the Nicolas tank to the mega. If I could find 5e right clr tank that’s as small like that I’d probably be done buying stuff.

@h00ligan , How about one that is smaller than the Nicolas for eGo CLR:
Dvarw E tank 2ml – KHW mods

Done buying stuff... :)

That’s very tempting. I wonder if it performs better than the pico clone I have (1:1 rare one). Something about the pico is just meh. Flavor isn’t great. It’s been. A huge disappointment.

I’ll consider this one. It every tempting aside form the plastic tank! Too bad its not Ultem.

Funny you should mention... They have an RTA that I picked up, same name and I bought a SS tank from them and in conversing about the tank they informed me they are coming out with ultem tanks in the near future.

I am absolutely loving the RTA and the service and responses from the company, KHW, has been top notch.

I really like mine, and I did notice the cotton looked really packed into the coil, so I let mine marinate 30 min, no bad taste at all. YMMV

+ 1 on the Serpent mini's. Nice tanks and have good flavor.

They also make a Serpent mini sub tank(different from the rebuildable one) that have the drop in coils(can use Kanger OCC coils) BUT the added bonus is that these also hold the subtank mini rba's which are rebuildable. They are the glass tanks and I use both.

I found some on ebay for like $20 with free shipping and if interested let me know and I will post a link.

:)
