nopie - that cotton mesh around it would be considered a ' restricter' (cause if you don't put it there it will flood big time)

the flavor wick was something on an older Kanger bcc coil that layed across the top of the 'wire'

A gauzy bit of cotton on the coil acted as an anti spitback device. Thats why i used it.
