Totally wicked poor quality

Bought the DSE901 from UK Totally Wicked. The kit came with two batteries and one atomiser. The first battery starting performing badly after 3 weeks, 4 weeks it wouldn't charge at all.

So I emailed Totally Wicked who said "that the product is out of warranty", and that they can't help. 2 weeks later the other battery went dead as well.

My Joye 510 that I got from anothe supplier has worked fine for 3 months.

If this the standard of product and customer service they provide, certainly won't be buying anything from them again.

I personally have NEVER had a problem with any of TW's products. You just have to make sure everything workd BEFORE your warranty expires. ALL products i have bought from them within the past year are still working good.

I get most of my stuff from TW, and I can't say that I'd had any problems. That said, you obviously did; bad battery batch I guess.

I don't think many (any) vendors do much for "stock" batts for any of their mods.

If the batt is more customer like eGo or even pen/mini then I've gotten better support response. Otherwise, it's kind of stock up on the type you'll be using thru a batt vendor and go from there.

I have been ordering from TW since January and have never had a problem with them. They are wonderful to work with. The thing about e-cigs is they do die eventually. Some just more quicker than others.

I still find 4 - 6 weeks unacceptable, I could take it further as the law says what a reasonable warranty is not the supplier, but I hardly think it's worth it. Lesson learned don't bother with them again.

I don't know how the law works when warranty is specified in advance, but I'd be interested in finding out.

I ordered from Totally Wicked MANY times and never had a problem. I think their customer service is fantastic! Just my 2 cents.

Im having the same problem, a couple days after the warrenty expired both my TW 901 batteries started failing pretty bad.

Batteries and Atomisers are cheap guys, buy 5 at a time. They do die but who cares.

Why buy from TW in first place? Prices are way too high. Much better for MUCH cheaper. I could buy 3 quality kits for the price of ONE kit from TW.
