Tracking Status For Package- Train Derailment?

When I was answering tickets this morning, I had one from a customer wanting to know why she had not received her order that she placed on April 1st. As usual, I got her tracking info and checked the status. At first, everything looked normal, until I scrolled down a little and saw that on 4/8/13 the status read "Barstow, CA- Train Derailment." Never seen that one before.

The good news? I think I'm off the hook for that one.
