I'm also hunting for the best RY4. I like more caramel than vanilla, how is hooligans in this respect?

Hooligan to me tasted like smoked cheese, no hint of vanilla or caramel just a tad sweet smoked cheddar.
Went straight to the drain.

Not big on Ry4 anymore but Crystal Liquid RY4 was my ADV for a while.

For a Canadian vendor you could try a sample of MLV's Arrrgh Why 4. Pretty sweet RY4 with very little tobacco flavour.

after vaping various fruit and dessert flavours exclusively since i started vaping about two months ago i have finally gotten around to trying an RY4 (MLV's Aaaaargh Why 4) and i am super impressed! i really dig this flavour. i think i have finally discovered my ADV. now im on a mission to try various RY4's.

edit: i hear that dekang's RY4 is superb. im going to try to get my hands on 100% VG dekang to try this.

Not all RY4 is good,i just dumped a full 30 ml down the sink,hope it dont pollute the tap water.

Caramylk Bar from MLV...tastes better than their signature Aargh Why 4?

Occasionally I'll add a little of my tobacco extract to give a kick.

RY4 is still my ADV. It was the first flavour I vaped and I still love it.
I mix my own now but I add some Dulce De Leche from TPA because I like an extra caramel sweetness.
