To clarify, I'm looking for a short and wide bore stone tip. I just ordered a derringer so need something that'll fit on it. Stone is definitely preferred for the look i'm trying to achieve. The ones I'm finding (like from bully) are either only short, or only wide bore. I need both. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Also, it says there's only one in stock. Is that up just to show what they offer? Or if I was to order tonight would that 1 be in stock.
Stonefather makes these by hand, so if he says there's just one on the site, that's all there is. You can ask him in his thread, too, if it's a wide bore drip tip. And if you really talk nice to him, he might even make one for you special order.
Third eye drip tips are awesome. Not stone but some looked like a polished stone?
